Surrey Casinos Online, Seen Up Close

Each Metro Vancouver casino is shown in a picture of its building, or a drawing with a board if none exists, marked with parking, nearest stop and on-site facts. Pick a frame on the film strip to change the casino.

The marks are checked facts, placed by hand on the building in the frame, not exact door positions. The page on pictures sets out where each one comes from.

Online play in BC

Gambling in British Columbia is legal only if the provincial government operates it. All commercial gambling, including online play, is run by BCLC, a Crown corporation. The one legal online gambling site in B.C. is PlayNow.com, which BCLC runs. To gamble in BC, at casinos or online, a person must be at least 19.

Since April 13, 2026, provincial gambling regulation has rested with IGCO, the Independent Gambling Control Office. BCLC's February 2026 service plan assumes the online market stays closed, and no licensed private online market has been announced for BC.

On its home page, the site carries paid links that each bear the label Ad. They lead not to PlayNow but to a privately held online casino site, one that the province neither runs nor licenses. A commission goes to the site from this partner, who may be replaced.

Elements Casino Surrey occupies 17755 60 Ave, Surrey, BC V3S 1V3, and takes calls on 604-576-9141. It opened in November 2005 inside the grandstand of the former Fraser Downs racetrack. The City of Surrey ended the track lease on August 15, 2025, and live harness racing stopped that day.

On Monday to Thursday, the hours run from 10 AM until 4 AM; on Friday to Sunday, the casino keeps going for 24 hours. Hours for live tables differ: 10 AM to 1 AM Sunday to Thursday, and 10 AM to 3 AM Friday and Saturday. For a holiday visit, hours are best confirmed in advance on the venue's own site.

There is no poker room on this floor, which carries more than 500 slots and e-tables along with 10 live table games. To enter, guests must be 19+ and show government-issued photo ID, which a scanner checks against restricted lists and GameBreak, and the casino does not retain it. On October 7, 2026, Great Canadian Entertainment was still the operator. A purchase by SE-MI-AH-MU Development Corporation, part of the Semiahmoo First Nation, was agreed on March 9, 2026, and the City of Surrey and regulators must both approve it.
